These conditions of acceptance refer to web pages or websites created by Linn Barringer Limited (LBL) whether published on WoodbridgeSuffolk.info, LBLhosting or other hosting company. By ordering or requesting work to be carried out by LBL, the requester is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
- LBL reserves the right to payment prior to publication of web pages or a website or re-publication of updated pages or websites
- LBL reserves the right to refuse commissions or advertising or other content without providing a reason
- Hosting charges relate to one calendar year of web presence from the date of publication of any data in the client's domain (web address)
- websites or pages are tested to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 only - the appearance may be slightly different when viewed using other browsers
- Free listing on woodbridgesuffolk.info is available only for Suffolk-based businesses
Problems
If a problem occurs subsequent to launch due to the malfunction of any web page, form, script, or other component, or due to the failure or cessation of the web server or service on which the pages are stored, LBL will make every reasonable endeavour to correct the problem or move the website to an alternative web server. In the event that the site is moved to an alternative service, the website client must accept that their website will be unavailable for several days.
Responsibility
LBL will always do everything within its power to
correct any problems to the customer's satisfaction. However,
by accepting these terms and conditions you indemnify LBL against
responsibility for any loss whether direct indirect or consequential
caused by any malfunction and for correcting problems not caused
by LBL or LBL's hosting company or outside their control.
You further indemnify LBL against any responsibility
for any circumstances beyond its control which prevents or inhibits
the display of such pages, or nor for any financial loss or inconvenience
to any business or person for failing to display any web page
for any reason whatsoever.
It may be necessary for LBL to charge for corrective
actions that are caused by events outside its control.
Style
LBL reserves the right to revise the general style and colour schemes of text, graphics and layout of its listing websites such as but not limited to WoodbridgeSuffolk.info and JustSuffolk.com.
Linn Barringer Limited will not divulge your personal or corporate information - except that which has been requested to be displayed on a website, web page or listing entry - without first obtaining your prior approval.
We collect email addresses only through our contact, event, advertising, or enquiry forms – by visitors filling in these forms (subscribing) they are opting-in to receiving further information from Linn Barringer Ltd.
In the case of Suffolk holiday accommodation, your email address will be used to contact you about holiday properties on JustSuffolk.com and MrsJaneGoodLtd.co.uk.
You can opt-out at any time - instructions are included in the email.
The information we send to contacts is infrequent and only about subject in which you have indicated an interest, or occasionally items of general interest.
Data is held securely and used for email distribution only.
We never lend, sell or give away your contact information to any agents, companies or other parties, ever. The exception being in the case of Suffolk holiday accommodation (see above).

Google Ads (section added 16 March 2009)
You will see that some of our websites carry "Ads by Google." These are created by Google based on the content of the page you are reading, with the intent of providing you with links to websites that offer related services, facilities, or goods.
In 2009 Google will be implementing "interest-based advertising" using the DoubleClick DART cookie.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on LBL's websites.
Google's use of the DART cookie enables them to serve ads to LBL's websites based on your visit to LBL's websites and your visits toother sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy page.
Support
At the discretion of Linn Barringer Limited, charges may be made for support, advice or assistance requested by the client provided by telephone and/or email.

All rights are reserved by Linn Barringer over Copyright in the material on this website, and on any client website, which is identified on each page. It is permitted to use the data or photographs only with an internet browser or to provide a single printed image for personal use. Any electronic or printed copy of textual content, graphical images, or photographic images, may not be further reproduced by any means whatsoever.
No other copies may be taken by any other means without prior written consent of the owner of the copyright and under no circumstances may copyrighted material be used for gain, commercial or othewise.
All other Trademarks acknowledged.
Content provided by clients
By ordering a website or advertisement, the website owner or advertiser is confirming that they either own the copyright in any text, graphic, image, video, or audio, or photographs provided to LBL or have received written agreement from the copyright owner to use the photographs for commercial use on a website, and that the website owner or advertiser grants LBL a perpetual royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works, and to publish them on any website operated by LBL. Further, the advertiser will indenmnify LBL against legal fees, damages and any other expenses incurred by your breach of these terms. The copyright owner may require attribution for the images, which LBL is happy to provide. Provision and renewal of any time-limited copyright licence is the responsibility of the property owner/advertiser.
