- Managed the development of, and supported a Wang Office Gateway to IBM OfficeVision (PROFS)
- Managed the development of, and supported a Fax and Telex Gateway from Wang Office, written by Inforalgo Systems Limited, connecting to service providers Wiltek (UK) Ltd of Swindon
- Planned, managed the implementation of, and supported a Wang X.400 Gateway from Wang Office
- Planned and managed the migration of 20,000+ people from Wang Office to IBM OfficeVision (18,000+ migrated in 18 months)
